Summary of Agreement:

• The owner (A Day in our Shoes) will provide affiliates with personalized links to track sales. 
• Affiliates agree that if they choose to use photos, that they own the rights to those photos and that those photos do not contain any logos which they do not own the rights to.
  
• Affiliate agrees to not use the logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content owned by A Day in our Shoes, LLC in any other manner except to promote A Day in our Shoes, LLC products.
• Affiliate agrees to not disparage A Day in our Shoes, LLC or any of its entities.
• Affiliate agrees to a net-30 payment, based on the sales records in their dashboard. The 30 days are to allow for the refund period that is offered for the online training.
• If there are any discrepancies, the affiliate has 7 days to report them and Owner has 7 days to respond.
• The affiliate agrees to not create and sell a competing product for 365 days from the start of the contract.
• Affiliate agrees to drive sales only using the materials provided to them by the owner and not create a new or different sales page. Other images and email/social media copy is allowed.
